Matar Mushroom Masala Makes an excellent side dish for roti and chapati. This recipecombines mushrooms and peas for a mouthwatering dish! The recipe is given below !

- 200 grams button mushrooms
- 2/3 cup fresh peas
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green chili
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- salt as required

Heat the oil in a pan

Sauté the onions until translucent

Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté

Add the tomatoes and green chillies and stir well.

Then, add the spice powders apart from the garam masala powder and sauté for a minute.

Add the mushrooms and peas
-
Sauté for three minutes

Add water and salt
-
Cover the pan and cook until the peas are softened

Sprinkle garam masala powder over the curry

Stir and serve!
