- 500 g okra
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- spices for stuffing
- 1 tbsp dry mango powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- salt or black salt or rock salt
Wash, wipe dry and trim the ends of the okra.
Slit each of the okras vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
Combine all the stuffing ingredients in a bowl with salt and mix well.
Fill each slit okra with the spice mix.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Put in the stuffed okra and cook on low heat till done.
