Dahi chicken is a very tasty as well as a healthy recipe. It is a delicious chicken recipe. So, just follow these simple steps to prepare it at home.

- 500 gm Chicken
- Salt as required
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 large chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 250 gm hung curd
- 4 small green chilli
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon powdered black cardamom
- 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
- For making this delicious chicken recipe, make a paste of 2 chillies.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, elaichi powder and salt. Keep it aside for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Heat up a pan, add butter, onion, 2 chillies and saute till onion becomes light pink.
- Add the chicken, cook for 2 minutes. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Open the lid and add a little water if you want some gravy.
- Serve hot with roti, paratha or naan.
