- 150 g white chana (soaked for 6-7 hour in water before cooking)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Punjabi Chana Masala
Soak 150 grams of white chana in water for 6-7 hours. Drain the water the chana has soaked in.
Cook the drained chana in a pressure cooker with 375 ml (2 ½ cups) of water, 1 tablespoon of oil and the entire contents of Knorr® Easy to Cook Punjabi Chana Masala.
Cook on a high fire for 2 whistles, then lower the fire and cook for 30 minutes.
Garnish with sliced tomato and coriander leaves. Enjoy your high-protein Chana Masala. Serve it hot with roti or your favorite multi-grain bread.
