This is a quick chicken stir fry cooked with few masalas. This dry stir fry chicken recipecan be eaten with Naan or chapati or with dal rice. Its mildly spicy and tasty.The recipe is given below !


PREP&COOK TIME : 45 mins

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add grated small onion and green chilli; fry till golden in colour.
  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry till it is brown in colour.
  3. Add chicken and fry till it loses all the moisture
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and sprinkle some water and cook for 15 mins
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
